Delivery & Returns
If no one is available to receive your order, it will be left safely at your doorstep, letterbox or taken to your nearest post office for you to collect. If you are not happy with your item once received, you may return within 14 days of shipping for a full refund – please provide the order number. Any returns lost in transit are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or replaced unless received by Lark.
